Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tropical Bounce, we understand that plans can change — and we’re happy to work with you whenever possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

 

Cancellations:

• 72+ hours before your event: Full refund or free reschedule (subject to availability).

• 24–72 hours before your event: 50% refund or one-time reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours: No refund, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule for another available date.

Weather Policy:

• If severe weather is expected (heavy rain, lightning, or strong winds), you may cancel before delivery for a full refund or choose to reschedule.

• Once equipment is delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued due to weather.

No Shows / Refusal of Delivery:

• If we arrive to deliver and no one is available to accept the rental or the setup location is not suitable, no refund will be issued.

Deposits:

• If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
