Tropical Bounce LLC – Terms of Service

By booking a rental with Tropical Bounce LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A booking is confirmed once all required customer info is submitted and a confirmation is sent by Tropical Bounce LLC.
Payment is due at drop-off unless otherwise arranged in writing.
No deposit is required at booking, but Tropical Bounce LLC reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your event.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at the company’s discretion, based on availability and safety.

All rentals involve inherent risks (e.g., slips, falls, weather conditions, or equipment misuse). By booking, you acknowledge these risks.
Tropical Bounce LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur due to:
- Failure to supervise equipment properly
- Falls, slips, or collisions while using the equipment
- Equipment misuse or unauthorized activities
- Water-related accidents involving water slides or wet units
- Unstable ground, wet surfaces, extreme heat, or other environmental factors

The renter (Releasor) must supervise equipment at all times during the event.
No food, drinks, sharp objects, or unauthorized activity allowed inside inflatables.
Equipment must be used according to safety guidelines and weight/occupancy limits.
Water slides must be used with water only — no soaps or other substances.

The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment while in their care.
Tropical Bounce LLC reserves the right to charge the card on file for any repair or replacement fees.
- Minor repairs: $150–$500
- Moderate repairs: $500–$1,500
- Full replacement (severe damage): up to $3,000
- Accessories (stakes, blowers, cords, etc.): $30–$300 per item

Rentals are non-refundable once equipment is delivered and set up.
If inclement weather prevents setup, a reschedule may be offered at Tropical Bounce LLC’s discretion.
Once setup is complete, the renter assumes all risks related to weather (e.g., wind, lightning, heat).

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, or DeSoto County.
